An employee is unable to request days off in the Square Teams app.

I have an employee that has had multiple issues logging into the Square Team app and has had to change her password almost weekly.  We have just resolved that issue, but now when she goes to request vacation time off she gets a notification that she cannot ask for days off that she is already scheduled to work.  Except, she is not scheduled to work and the time period in question has not even been published.  I need to resolve this asap.

@rkoh Wow. That’s a new one on me.  If you are sure that you haven’t published anything at all for that period, then only Square Support can help you.  Their number is (855) 700-6000.  I toggle requests off and on a lot in my shop because some employees start abusing the privilege.  But your problem doesn’t sound like a settings issue.  It sounds like either an issue with your Square account OR more like your employee’s Square account issue.  Only Square Support can help you with either of those.
