Hello @Mbags !

The easiest way is to view it on your Dashboard:

Dashboard -> Reports

Use either the Display By or Filter By options, and choose Team Member. Your screen will change to show sales broken down by member.

From the app, choose More -> Reports -> Sales.

Tap on the date at the top of the screen, choose your date range, then scroll all the way to the bottom to the Filter by Team Members and choose your employee.

Hope this helps!

Thank you so much, Ryan! I really appreciate it. I did contact Square and they told me I had to subscribe to Square shift plus to get these reports. Is that true

Unfortunately yes, @Mbags. With the free shifts plan you can’t have individual employee logins, just one common login (after your own) for the team. Since Square can’t tell what employee rings things up with the common login, there’s no way to break it down by employee.

I should say the Advanced Access subscription is pretty nice overall, and it’s only $35/mo for quite a bit more control over your team on the point of sale. I recommend it.
