Square Savings Account

I have been doing business with Square for years. We have had several loans, which we are paid on time. However, when I apply for a savings account I am denied. I called service center and I was told they were unable to verify me. When I asked how to change that I was told that there is nothing to change. When I pressed further I kept getting the same canned response of "We can't do anything at this time. You can apply later." But when I pointed out that applying later changes nothing if I cannot be verifed, I got the same response. Any help with this? I have a good friend that opened a store and his first square account recently. He was set up with savings on day one.

We also had and have an active Square loan, in fact, we are on our 11th Square Loan.  We were also interested in Square savings once it was released.  Like you we were not eligible at first.  But at on May 1, 2024, we finally were accepted.
