Money locked in square

So my account has been in pending status all week. Said it's being reviewed but no reason as to why, I can't get a customer code because I updated my number, and every time I call they say it's outside business hours, they have 800 of my hard earned money tied up.  Has this happen to anyone else been using square over a year through massage book and I'm so mad right now
