Bank balance is temporarily unavailable

I've been using Square for credit card payments and invoices since 2020 and never had an issue until today. For some reason today they have suspended my ability to withdraw or transfer funds until they review my account. They sent me an email saying they need to verify that I am who I say I am. I called them up to get this resolved but that isn't good enough. An account specialist has to review my account and until then my funds are frozen. currently there is no specialist assigned to my case.

 

The funds were transferred from my Cash App business account to my Square Savings account like I have been doing almost every week. The only difference is instead of doing an instant transfer, I decided to wait the 48 hours in order to avoid the fees. Now that the money is in the Savings account, I am not able to transfer or make any charges to my Square checking or savings accounts. I've tried calling and emailing but no one can give me a straight answer. Had I known that this would be a possibility when using Square, I would have never signed up to use this service.
