Hello Square Community,
I hope everyone is doing well. My name is Stacelyn Jones, and I run Digits And Spikes Nail Studio in Charlotte, NC. We've been using Square for several years and love the platform's flexibility and range of tools to help manage our business.
As we embark on the journey of expanding our business into a franchise model, we encountered a challenge that I believe many of you might also face. While exploring Square's Franchise POS system, we found that it is currently exclusive to restaurant owners. Determined to stick with Square, we started brainstorming workarounds to meet our unique needs.
One critical feature that could greatly benefit our operations is the ability to assign Square Savings Folders to specific locations within the Square Dashboard. This functionality would allow us to set different savings percentages for our main location versus those operated by franchisees, streamlining our financial management and enhancing operational efficiency across all locations.
I have submitted a formal feature request to Square, and I would love your support in making this a reality.
