Has anyone experienced their USB Printer connected to a Square Register intermittently refusing to print an over the counter order. We are connected to the kitchen via Ethernet cable and it always printed there
We recently purchased a new printer because we thought the old printer was having problems - but no - it must be the Square Register. The register is not switched off at night so it is always updating when necessary.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Register and USB Printer. Have you tried any of these troubleshooting steps to get your Register back up & running?
When it comes to the printer, have you tried deleting the printer station & adding it back again?
I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.
