Smaller font size on Square register

The font sizes got very small on the registers. The biggest problem is on the charge screen with the amounts tendered (Cash, $2, $5, etc.) These amounts are very hard to see now. The fonts on all the Settings screens have also been reduced. Is there a way to get these back to a larger size?  OS version is 5.49.0025   App version is 6.44

@KC_Phil I don't have a Square register, but looking at other posts it looks like you can change the font size here.

Thanks, I looked at that but only saw a slide switch to turn magnification on or off. Turning it on did not seem to have any effect. I'll take another look, maybe I missed something.

As you can see, the text for the tendered amounts is now less than an eighth of an inch high, much smaller than what it used to be.

I tried that today, it's just a switch to turn magnify on or off. Turning it on had no effect on any of the screens.

Hi there,

Today, we had a dissatisfying experience with the reduction of the font size on the square register. Our employees complain that they are not able to work well with the small number on the screen. We tried to adjust it by turning on the magnification, which had no effect whatsoever. We called tech support who could not help us to resolve this issue. 

It seems that this problem caused troubles for many people for some time already but has not been properly addressed. WE ASK TO ADD AN OPTION TO MANAGE THE FONT SIZE SO THAT WE CAN PERFORM THE JOB EFFICIENTLY.

It's too bad, but it seems that issue has been completely ignored. I thought MayaP was going to help out after she requested a screen shot from me. As for magnification, I think it became active after a re-boot, but DO NOT turn it on. Everything gets huge and you need to move the screen around to find anything. It was very hard to get back to the screen to turn it off. It renders the register completely useless.
