Receipt Options not Showing on Customer Display

The option for Print, Email, Fax is not showing up on the customer display for any customers. It shows up on the main register display but not the customer display. Is there a setting I am missing?

If you go in to edit the device on the square dashboard, under "Signature & Receipts", turn on "always show receipt screen"

It has taken me a while to get back to this. I reviewed the Signature & Receipts screen and the only options I have are Collect signatures - which is turned off and Skip receipt screen which is also turned off. It is really strange as in a couple of the stores the receipt screen shows up on the customer display but in the others it doesn't. The information does show up on the main register screen.
