All of a sudden my Square register is requiring a passcode to change the prep times for online orders. This is something my staff has to be able to control since we are a restaurant with wildly fluctuating levels of busy-ness depending on the time of day. I have tried to make it so they can use the team passcode for this but it will only accept the owner's passcode. I spent hours on the phone with Square support the other day. We eventually solved the problem by doing a factory reset but I then had to go through the whole system to reconnect to my kitchen printers, ticket layout, etc. Huge pain! Now this morning it is back to requiring a passcode for some reason. I am extremely hesitant to get on the phone again and spend hours trying to fix it for it to just go back to being messed up. Please help me put it back to normal. "Normal" meaning no passcodes required. Thanks!

Have you changed any settings for team permissions lately? Have you doubled checked these settings?
