Fix Your NEXT Need
Hey Readers,
We’re finishing up reading Fix This Next by Mike Michalowicz, so here’s our last discussion thread for the book!
The last part of the Fix this Next process is… to do it all over again!
Michalowicz explains that once you finish fixing your first issue, it’s a good idea to redo the exercise from the beginning. He says that it’s important to go through the list of Core Needs again to check off where your business is in good shape, because fixing one issue can actually fix other issues further up the pyramid. Or it could uncover a different issue along the way.
So I recommend the same! Go back to the exercise and redo the steps to find your Vital Need.
I’d love to hear what your next Vital Need is, and what you’re going to tackle next.
We’d love to hear your answers in the comments:
- Was this framework helpful? Would you do it again for the next Vital Need?
- What’s your next Vital Need? Let us know and set our goals for it in the comments!

Happy reading,
