We have a transaction in review--I took a payment on my Square, and Square is holding my incoming money. Every bank we've dealt with has a fraud team you can speak with immediately and in person to approve or deny charges. Square is now holding my money, making me wait 1-2 business days, instead of allowing me to speak with a rep to approve the transaction. Any ideas of who to speak with?

There numerous reasons why your account could be flagged, unfortunately since we are not apart the Account Services Team we do not have further insight. You will need to wait the 1-2 business days for the review to complete. If you need anything else let us know.
