Sporadic reprint of an order ticket

In our restaurant, for the last week or so so we have had this issue happen once or twice a day. We print an order to the kitchen, then the system will duplicate an item in that sale and print another ticket. We just had an order for 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals, which printed. Then the kitchen gets another ticket for 2 kids meals, then another. Tickets show same order number, same time. So the kitchen makes 6 kids meals in all, when only 2 were ordered. Has anyone else been having issues like this?
