Orders say "Point of Sale" vs customer name

Anyone having the issue with orders coming in the POS app and in Dashboard in as "Point of sale" instead of customer name? It's just blank in dashboard. It only shows what's ordered and their email.   I logged out and back in on my phone and still does it. I'll try on laptop too, but phone logging out didn't work.  The order receipt emails look normal and have all the customer info. Any other solutions? I checked with a customer directly who said they purchased via website on phone using ApplePay. She has used this same method before, so not sure what is up. HELP! TIA

It looks like this was a glitch on the online side of things today, but it should have cleared itself up by now. If you're still seeing this on your devices try signing out and back in once more. If you're still having the trouble, I recommend reaching out to Customer Support. They should be able to flip some switches on the back end of your account.
