Is there a way to automatically restock items daily in our inventory?

It is cumbersome to have to go in and restock every day. Here's our example. We sell soft pretzels, and we make 12 each day. No more, no less. We'd like to start each day with 12 in stock so that as people order them online, the stock goes down until they are out. Is there a way to automatically restock to 12 each day without going in and doing it manually?

Unfortunately there's no feature or option to do what you have in mind as Square's Inventory function is just basic.   It's an interesting thought - I'm thinking you would need a bit of custom scripting or logic to manage the inventory - for example - do you ever have any carry over or if you don't sell 12 each day, do you toss the difference so you're at 0 at the end of the day.  There would have to some type of algorithm or rules coded behind the scenes.   One place for doing some exploring to see if possibly a 3rd party App has the features you need is Square's Market Place.   Another option is to ask the Developer's Forum - there's people that may have some suggestions.  Last, Square does have a vehicle for submitting suggestions, ideas, etc., for future consideration.  If there's enough demand from other people, anything is possible.
