I made a sale of 65$ on thursday around 8 30 am.i didnt see it here

I had made a sale of 65$ on Thursday around 8 35 am 

I don't see it here .can you please help

Hello @Mellouk1977  welcome to the community! I see this is your first post—we’re glad to have you here. I understand how frustrating it can be not to locate a payment. Here are a few possible scenarios to consider:

 

  1. Payment Method: Is it possible the payment was accidentally processed as cash or another tender type? This can sometimes cause confusion.

  2. Network or App Issues: Were there any connectivity or app-related issues at the time the payment was processed?

  3. Checkout Completion: Did the customer fully complete the checkout process? If the customer didn’t go through each prompt and left before completion, the payment wouldn’t have been processed. We call this an uncaptured payment.

You made a sale on Thursday at 8:35 am.... Did you see it in your Transactions after that time?  Did you see it in a Sales Report for the end of the Day?  Since you do not see it Here, I am left clueless where you are actually looking.  Since you are looking on a Sqturday after all sales would have cleared through you account with Square.  You would need to look at Thursdays Sales and not todays Current sales. 

Does it show up in a Sales report for Thursaday or your Sales Transactions that happened on Thursday?   Screen shots would really help as to where Here is.  We could see which report and which time frame your looking at and if that could be the reason.  So alot more information is also needed for anyone to help you.  Also how was the sale made, was it Cash, or check, or other means than a Credit Card purchase as Square would not be depositing or Paying you for those types of transactions.
