I have added a $5.00 discount but it doesn't show up in the checkout screen

I added a $5 discount but it is not showing up when I am in the checkout screen as a discount to choose.  What am I missing?

Hello @Hosanna !

This could be one of two things, my bet is the first:

-Try force closing and restarting your point of sale app. If that doesn't work, try logging out and then logging back in. Sometimes the app forgets to phone home to look for updates.

-With dollar discounts, don't forget that they won't show up on the discounts list on an item level. When you're in the item configuration screen at checkout (when you tap on the item in the "tape" on the right side of the screen), you won't see any dollar discounts listed here. You can only do dollar discounts on a ticket level: tap the Discounts section in your item library and it should show up there.
