How to customize feedback questions?

It's been 9 years since I used Square. Back then, I was driving for Uber/Lyft and used the little free magnetic stripe reader attached to my phone to allow my passengers to give me a tip when they only had a credit card.

 

Times have changed!

 

Now my phone doesn't even have a headphone jack, so I bought a Square Reader. Most credit cards have a chip or are contactless so the mag stripe reader isn't useful anymore. I've been playing around and doing a few test charges with my own credit cards. I see I can even select Cash as a payment type in order to email a receipt.

 

I'm planning to sell some arts and crafts type things at an upcoming holiday bazaar. In my testing, I emailed myself a receipt, and when I saw the smiley and frowny face, of course I clicked the smiley. At that point, I was presented with a bunch of things to rate. Like punctuality, the politeness of the driver, the cleanliness of the car, the route taken, etc. Nothing to do with selling handmade crafted items! I've poked around everywhere I can think in the dashboard, and have been unable to find these topics so I can change them. Help!

Currently, feedback questions cannot be customized. I agree that this would be a great addition to our system, and I recommend submitting it as a feature request in our Ideate Board. This will ensure that our Product Team can consider it for future updates.

I had to simply disable feedback. I'd rather have no questions than questions that don't make sense.

You know, when searching for a solution to this problem (and yes, it is a problem), I discovered a very similar thread from 2018. If they haven't fixed this "feature request" in six years, I don't suppose they're planning to ever fix it. That's a shame.
