It seems as though once I add a discount during a transaction, I can’t remove it. For example, if a customer buys several items and I tap the button for a 10% discount, I can’t then remove it later. Apart from clearing the entire transaction and starting over, I don’t see a way to undo a discount. What am I missing?

Hi @RoadHazard. Instead of swiping left like we do for removing items, for discounts you just tap on the discount line. This will bring up a window of discounts applied and you can remove one by using the red “-“ there.

Chip

Yup, you’re right. That works perfectly. Thanks.
The “Discounts” line isn’t blue, which is my usual cue that something is clickable. But click it and voila! I can delete it.
