I’m a tattoo artist and want to do a raffle where the prizes are tattoos of different sizes and merchandise. Are the prizes within the parameters of the guidelines?

Hey @TheMadTatter, are you selling the prizes through Square or just tattoos?
Here is a list of our Prohibited Goods and Services with Square Points of Sale.

Hi. If I’m understanding you correctly, just the tattoos will be sold through Square. They will purchase the raffle tickets to enter, and a drawing will be done for the winner on a separate platform.

@TheMadTatter Thank you for confirming.
We're happy to help, but we're not sure we fully understand your question. Can you clarify what you mean by "Are the prizes within the parameters of the guidelines?"

Thank you for the prompt responses. I’ve read the list that was sent and I don’t think that tattoos are listed on there, but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t violated any policies. That’s all. The way the process will go is: the customers/clients will purchase the raffle entries via square, the drawing will done using the spin wheel from another website and the winner will be announced. The prize will be tattoos of different sizes.

@TheMadTatter, thanks for clarifying! Yes, if the services you're offering aren't listed in the article, you're good to go. Happy selling!
