Is anyone having problems charging customers? Mine says payment failed. Is not working, no matter which payment method is being used.

Per this site, Square has or is experiencing some system issues that may be related to your concerns. When there are system problems, some things can affect other things. One option is accept transactions off line in situations like this. Suggest book marking that site for future references as it does come in handy. Please understand that the volunteers here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support but, we do have a lot of hands-on experience using Square's Apps and Hardware.
