Dose not seem like Square is fighting for us with charge backs anymore

Good morning I recently had 3 chargebacks come back at us all of which were legit charges 1 I have video of the gentleman in my office and have video him using his card.  2nd us and another vendor got hit, Square said no go the other vendor called the card company direct and they got their money.  3rd the day square was having problems about 3 months ago it showed 2 charges the next day on our customers statement but 1 dropped in less than 48 hours and then square pulled the 2nd back after the chargeback went against us.  1 more chargeback goes against us and I'm going back to retriever

I'm sorry to hear this, @OcalaTowing I'm sure it must be frustrating. Per the guide for disputes, the bank ultimately makes the final decision. Square submits all the information over on your behalf, but we do not have input on the actual decision-making process.
