Actually digging a little deeper the problem seems to have come up with the change from Daylight Savings Time. When I can get to my device I'll check to be sure it is set correctly.

You would have to look at your settings for the way your transactions are imported to QuickBooks. I used a 3rd party to do this from Square to Quickbooks Desktop. I used a import from my Sales Transactions CSV files. This file gives you both the Date of the Sale and the Date the Transaction is Transfered. For the Date field you must make sure you select the correct date to match and keep things consistant. I am not sure how your getting your sales into Your Quickbooks. You may have to look at you Map file that says which field from Square is to which field in Quickbooks if you have that option.
