Close of day problems

When I run close of day, it only prints out my sales instead of the restaurants. It has worked correctly for over two years. I’m not sure what changed.

Hello @Shrimpyramine !

 

Are you talking about a close of day report from your point of sale? It sounds like a setting may have been changed with one of the app updates.

 

When you're in your reporting screen, tap on the date at the top. Make sure it's set for all employees, all terminals. It should save that info going forward.

 

If you're talking your online dashboard reporting, it's really weird that it would have saved your filters. I'd recommend clearing your cache and history and closing and restarting your browser.

It acts like it is sending e-mail but I never receive them.

It is not connecting to my network.
