Can I run a report that shows each transaction with all the deductions listed, like loan payments, savings deductions, percentages paid to square service fees, instant deposit fees, and then the actual amount deposited?

Unfortunately there isn't a report built in to Square, but the data is there.
from this screeen on your Square dashboard https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions
choose the date or date range you want
you will click the export button in the top right.
click generate transactions CSV
open the file in Numbers or Excel
you can hide whatever columns you don't want but total collected is column L, taxes is column column I and fees is column U
Now that will have the data about the transactions. the loan and savings deductions I am not sure where those would be as I don't use either product.
