Are you asking if you can take a credit card payment over the phone? You can- but keep in mind entered CC transactions are more expensive than swiped transactions  (not just Square, every CC processor)

@DinaLRosenberg is correct...you can enter credit card payments manually, but there is a higher fee. It is 3.5% + 15 cents when taking credit card payments manually.
