why is my address not supported through checkout?

Im trying to order through my own site to make sure everything runs smoothly for our customers and when i enter my home address it will say that the address isn't supported.

Hi JohnsonsExhaust,

 

Just a guess (as the Community is not the same as Customer Support).

 

When you are creating your shipping profile there are options for shipping that include individual countries and the US.  Just selecting United States is the first part - I believe you then need to select the states you are willing to ship to.   If you still need assistance, then contacting Customer Support would be a good idea as they can look at your settings - that's something that cannot be done here.

Hi there @JK_Fiber_Art. We are wondering if the system offered the option to manually override the address input. Currently, the system relies on Google Maps for address information, and if a location isn't identified on Google Maps, it might indicate a lack of match. Examining your settings more closely may also provide insights into this matter.

Hi there. 👋 I just wanted to confirm that I was able to locate your website, and tested a few addresses. I was able to view the shipping rates without running into an error. 

 

Were you able to resolve this already? If you are still having trouble on your end, I second @JK_Fiber_Art suggestion to reach out to direct support.
