We're a membership organization. We need a report that lists our organizational dues and fees as they are purchased by the customer. The report needs to include each item the customer chooses, the total they pay AND the credit card fees that are charged. Does such a thing exist?

Hi @shw24 - Great question, to be honest we do not have a single report that is going to get you all the information you want. You will have to utilize the different reports available in our Square Dashboard.
1. To view your fees you can get that information from the Sales Summary Report or the Fee report.
2. To track customer sales you can do so from the directory. But you would have to make sure you have the customer setup in your directory, but also during checkout youadd them to the sale,so when you go back into their profile on directory you can see the sales under the profile.
I know this isn't ideal. You can reach out on our Ideate Board and provide a feature request for this. Please make sure to provide as much detail as possible for your business need for this request. If you need anything else feel free to reach out to me or any of our Seller Community moderators if we can help with anything 😊

@shw24 ;
The Report in Square DOES NOT currently Exsist but the Data is available for download.
Goto your Transactions section of your Square dashboard on a computer and export your Transactions Detail .csv file. Open it in Excel and you can get this information. I just showed how to do this for the Quantity of Sales for someone else. The Steps are the same but you would need to change the fields you used for the boxes in the Pivot Table...... to what fields you want to see and filter by.
Here is a link with Steps how to do this and you can see that there is a filter on the Pivot table and Value columns and Dates etc....

@shw24 ;
Most of what I know about Pivot Tables is from watching people on YouTube about excel and Pivot Tables. The basics of the pivot table is you have a List of all the Headers from your Excel Sheet or CSV sheet. In this case lets say Items.csv. These would be the headers below.
Date | Time | Time Zone | Category | Item | Qty | Price Point Name | SKU | Modifiers Applied | Gross Sales | Discounts | Net Sales | Tax | Transaction ID | Payment ID | Device Name | Notes | Details | Event Type | Location | Dining Option | Customer ID | Customer Name | Customer Reference ID | Unit | Count | GTIN | Itemization Type | Commission | Employee | Fulfillment Note |
Now this CSV does have all the information you are requesting. You could sort by Customer Name and this would get the customers orders all together for the Downloaded time frame then do the Sum on the columns you need but this is a lot of manual editing. If you were to choose Date It would fill in the Column box, Items, and customer can also go there. For the Values box put Sales and Fees or what ever else $ amounts yuo would like. You can also the put the Customer Name in the Filter box. Then when you filter by X customer it only shows the data for that customer.
Since you do not understand pivot tables and how they can help here are two videos I used to learn more about them if you would like. And you can always search for more on Youtube.
