issues editing item names.

I am using square for restaurants and we have an online store as well, we make new desserts every week and instead of creating a ton of new buttons for new desserts I go in and change the names of existing buttons on the square online item catalog . I change the visibility often when we run out, I change the quantities, and I change the name/picture and description. Until recently (last month or so) it worked great and was a quick easy way to manage our changing items. But now almost every time I edit an item under square online items, the item will revert back to what it was before I edit. I have to edit multiple times until it "sticks" but this even happens a day later after saving correctly the next day it will go back to what it was before. has anyone else experienced this editing issue? it is very frustrating and is causing stocking issues!
