is there a way to add questions to booking form on website for appointments?

I've tried searching the help articles and all over the square dashboard and website. I looked at settings for the appointments calendar and booking along with all other related settings and preferences. I was not able to find a place where I could insert my own questions or options onto the booking form that comes up on the website. This would be super helpful as I'm having to ask potential clients the same questions over and over after booking...

Your feedback is incredibly valuable and we appreciate the time you have taken to look for a feature that will allow you to customize your booking form. At this time, our Square sellers are providing their use case for this feature on our Ideate board here where our product team has greater visibility. This has been a popular feature request throughout the years and we are hopeful that it will be available in the future, however, at this time we don’t have an update or more details to provide.

Why is Square so slow on all feature requests? I find the lack of simple details and features incredibly frustrating.
