I am a custom 3D printing company, and my primary source of revenue is designing custom prints for clients. I am interested in offering my services through Squares online store. I am new to square and would like to know how to go about setting up my item list and delivery method. so that it will schedule a phone call or getting the customer in touch with me by email so as i may deliver on the service they are purchasing

Welcome! I also do custom orders but don’t really offer them as a purchase online because there are so many variables. If you have your pricing set up so that it’s pretty cut and dry you can list it and then put in the description the email to send their custom request. Or say you will reach out to them as they have to put in an email and phone to complete the purchase.
Alternately, if the pricing depends on multiple variables, you could put up a form the customer fills out with their contact info and project details, and then you could invoice them for the order. Once they pay the invoice you can set it to automatically create the order in Square.
