how to credit salesmen for purchases on website

I want to set up an affiliate relationship with others who operate their own websites, blogs, social media channels, etc. Typically, they will advertise my products in my website name and provide a link in descriptive notes below their video. Their viewers will click on their links to visit my website. When their viewers make a purchase, How do I link each order to the affiliate so that he/she can be paid a sales commission?

Ahh, I see what you're looking to do, but there's no way to allocate online store sales to an individual. 

Right now, I can't think of a suitable workaround but hopefully other sellers can hop in with their ideas

i was looking to do the same thing Weebly has an add on called Referrals but i called and its not avaiable on the square side ... anyone help ?
