how to check if email alert for online pickup was sent

Hi, my customers are not recieving email notification for their online order pickup.  How do I check to see if Square actually sent them?  I tested this back in April of 2024, when the text alert for online order pickup was taken away as an upgrade.  I put an order through, and triggered it for ready/pickup, and indeed I recieved an email alert that the order was ready for pickup.  It seems like my customers are not getting this email anymore.  Is this another feature taken away as another upgrade that i'm not aware?

When a customer places an order through your website, they’ll receive a receipt from the Square Online site only.

 

Depending on the email provider, notifications will sometimes be filtered to your spam folder. I recommend having buyers double-check their spam folder and add the following email addresses to their contacts:

 

  • hello@weebly.com
  • noreply@weebly.com
  • no-reply@weebly.com
  • hello@emails.weebly.com
  • noreply@promote.weebly.com
  • no-reply@editmysite.com

Have you had a chance to retest and check if you're receiving the email alerts now? Also, how many customers reported experiencing this issue?
