how come the contact us button is not going to the custom questions i created?

when the contact us button is clicked, it just goes to the default questions, not the ones i created.

Contact Us has the following options available when you click +Add A Question.

thank you for responding, i did use that section to create my custom questions for the contact us link button, but as i said the button brings you to the default original questions. not sure what i should take a screenshot of, to explain the problem.

HI, a screenshot would help to see where, how and what the question settings are.  Where are the questions? How are the questions set? What are the settings? etc.  A link to your store to see your Contact Us section or page, to submit the form to see how the form acts customer facing.
