adding code to embed box

Hi. I need to add a cost calculator into the embed add on box but when i paste the code i get this message warning - Add <meta> tags to <head> in Site Settings

Also same when i tried to add facebook messenger chat box? How do i fix this?

Hi @KoKo2 this is usually caused when you are entering a code that is too long. Sometimes when people get a widget code, the code they grab is the code for an entire webpage and not just what is needed for the widget.

Please double check that you are entering the exact widget code, and if that still doesn't work, please let me know and also include the code you are trying to input. Thank you!
