Why is my old business name is still showing on online email receipts? I've updated it in the general settings, as well as the online settings. The receipts preview and every other location online shows the updated names, but customers are still receiving emails with old name.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I can understand how frustrating it must be to still see your old business name on customer receipts after updating all the settings.
To ensure nothing’s being overlooked, here are a few additional things to check: Dashboard > Account & Settings > Check Location > Also Check Receipts.
