Why haven't I gotten any sales yet?

Hello, I'm new to Square. I recently launched my website about four days ago. I know it must be because its only been four days, but I'm curious why I've gotten over 500 page views, and almost 80 unique visits and still no sales? If those were low numbers I would understand but because they seem like a high amount of people reached (to me), I'm wondering why I haven't made a sale yet??
