Why are Square Sellers not automatically added to Afterpay site?

I would like to know why square/block does not automatically set their merchants that are choosing to use Afterpay on the afterpay app?

Square Online websites won’t initially be listed in the Afterpay Shop, but we’re working on allowing select sellers to easily list their storefront and products on the Afterpay app in the future.
