Which Square Online Plan - Free, Plus, or Premium - Suits My Needs Best?

I hacked it back

Now I have a few questions

What is best for my use Free, Plus, or Premium?

I need two inventories one for online that does not sync with my POS, and one for my POS that does not sync with online.

Or a proper DO No Sync Button that Syncs nothing, unlike the one there is now.

The two obvious options would be to either; 

A) Set up a 2nd location that mirrors your current (so it copies all the items over) and then have online use that for shipping. Taking its stock from the 2nd location. 

B) Duplicate all your stock and make 1 version available online and have the other for in-store. 

As online uses your standard Square account, if it uses the same item (and I mean *that* item) then it has to sync to something to mean you get paid!

Sam my online items are all at 0.00 as 96% of my items are by weight and the customer pays me on delivery

That's why the stop sync button at Square is useless.
