What to do when first creating your website and it won't load?

How do I trouble shoot or fix when first creating my website and all it says is "Just a second while we build your store." It has been sitting on that screen for over an hour and I have tried a couple different things. If anyone knows how to help please let me know!

I had this happen with one of my locations. Every now and then it takes a little longer than anticipated to get your site set up. Mine took over 2 hours.

Hang tight, it should come up eventually. You can also try loading your dashboard in another browser or incognito mode and see if it loads then. If you're still stuck after a few hours, call into support. They can push things along a little faster.
