Weebly not working with custom domain anymore and is unsecure
I bought a custom domain on square (alanselectronics.com) for ecommerce purposes on weebly. It sort of worked after linking it, but it was unsecure and using http. I did some research, so I tried enabling ssl in the website settings and changing the IP addresses of the DNS records and removing all apps except the default ones. It didn't work for a while and was still using http and the weebly settings would always say that I still had ssl disabled. Sometimes my weebly website would just display 404 error. A screenshot of my DNS records are in the picture below:
I tried resetting the DNS records and I have tried letting weebly reconnect and set the DNS records, and it worked for a while, without ssl, but eventually this way didn't work anymore. What should I do to get my site working again and so it uses https? I would also appreciate if someone would let me know how to fix the "Payments are not enabled for this site" whenever I clicked add to cart on one of the items.

The website just stopped showing the 404 error after waiting a while and republishing again, but it still is using http and ssl and it still says that it is disabled in the settings, so can someone help me fix this issue?
