For in-store Gift Card purchases, you can just set up a $15 Discount and instruct your staff about the promotion and how to apply it.

For Online sales of digital eGift Cards, you can set up the promotion on the Gift Card Page of your Web Dashboard:

You would set it to be a $15 Discount, Maximum Discount $15, Minimum Load $50
