Hi, all! I was recently trying to set up a Facebook/Instagram shop and wanted to integrate my Square online inventory via the connection options offered through the "Sales Channel" on my Square Online Dashboard when I ran into an issue with the setup on Facebook's end.
After reaching out to Meta/Facebook directly, I was told that the Square integration is no longer supported (as of April 2024), and that the workaround was to use a Data Feed link from Square.
I chatted with a Square Online Support Specialist and was basically told there is no such thing as a Data Feed for my Square inventory, and that there is nothing they can do to help. I was instructed to try the integration process again, which I did, but since it's not supported by Facebook anymore, it did not work - no surprise.
Anyway, my question is, has anyone a workaround for this? This is for a retail website, not food or drink, so the Google Local Product Listing link won't work either (though this does seem like a great option if it were available for my store type).

Hello @Claire_123456
The integration between Square Online and Meta for Business is still available.
We do not offer data feeds for Square Online Stores, but you can find instructions on how to connect your store to Meta for Business in this article.
While we did experience a disruption that prevented Sellers from integrating during the month of June, we worked with Meta and got it resolved.
Hopefully this helps clarify.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
