I know that I have brought this up before, but I cannot find the original post. I am having trouble with customers NOT seeing the tiny print on the Square screen that enables them to set a date and time for pickup. What happens is: The customer advises me in the notes that the order should be at a specific date and time that is different than what Square has arbitrarily assigned to them, and when the customer gets a confirmation from Square of the Square-assigned date and time, all hell breaks loose. I don't want customers showing up on the wrong date and time, and I certainly don't want customers calling to correct their order. This problem has become so pervasive, I am considering dropping Square altogether. I, personally, have done grocery pickup for years with Kroger, Meijer, and WalMart, and they make the selection of date and time so in your face, you could not possibly miss it. Why can't Square do the same?
