Square Online Updates

Anyone else not liking the updates to Square Online?  I get the idea of having everything in one place, but so far I am not liking it.

Today we are having problems getting Items to show up when we edit our site.  Anyone else run into this problem and how did you fix it?

Hello @ascoach !

I do agree that the integration has been a little jarring, but I do think that once the Weebly/online side is fully integrated into the Square side we will see a huge difference.

As to your issue with items showing, I have a few ideas:

-If you've been doing a lot of work on your website, I've seen when your browser displays a cached version of the page. Try viewing your site in incognito mode or use a different browser to see if the problem fixes itself.

-I've also seen times where items take a few minutes to show on the site. It may all be ok on its own.

-Check each items' site visibility, and if you have multiple locations, make sure your item is available in the location you need.

After that, if we could get your site address we may be able to see a little more from a customer side to help troubleshoot.
