Site is always unresponsive

I’m tired of this weebly website it’s really slow always Unresponsive when I try uploading new product photos or try to update the same message pops and it becomes unresponsive no matter what device I use I get the same results I don’t know what to do If I should just switch to Shopify or something else .  I don’t see any Video Tutorials on how to build the online store step by step and how to fix this kind of problems   so I’m very frustrated at this point
