Shipping options are not updating on the checkout page. It shows free shipping. Please help
I've updated the flat rate for shipping but on the checkout page, It still shows free shipping. Please help resolve this issue. Thanks!

I looked at your site and I see your only shipping option is free shipping. Have you went to the shipping profile and setup shipping rates? Go to Square dashboard/online/online/fulfillment/shipping. From there you will select General shipping profile, then tap add rate. In the add rate window click the drop down in How do you want to charge shipping? Select based by order total.
From there you can select how you want shipping charged, In the photo below I set 0.00-50.00 shipping will be 10.00, 50.01 and over free shipping.

Hey Randy! I have this same issue currently, and I have the setup done that way. Yet when testing in both Chrome and Firefox, it keeps the shipping free.

If I happen to be looking at the wrong site, please let me know!
I tried to enter a couple of different addresses in different states, but they all said that the shipping method was missing.
It's possible that the shipping profile you have created doesn't have all states selected (since it only mentions 11 Properties in the parenthesis).
You can check by clicking Edit next to the shipping profile, and then looking for the Select States button next to the countries selected for this shipping profile.

Hey Frances! Yep, that's me! Thank you so much for your admiration!
I took a look at the area you're referring to, and despite this paragraph that says "By default, all states are pre-selected", it actually was not. So I checked the box to make them all selected. I tested it in a new cart, and it works now!

That's strange!
Did you happen to have a different shipping profile that you deleted after creating this one?
Different profiles cannot have the same countries/states selected, so if there was a previous profile that had the contiguous states selected, that might be the reason why when creating this one, only territories were selected.
That's really the only reason I can think of, but if that's not the case and you do run into a similar issue in the future, reach out to our support team so it can be investigated as a bug.
I'm really glad we were able to get this resolved.
