Scheduling pick up glitch

Is anyone else having a problem with Square showing your earliest pick up time available later than the amount of time you have set for your site wide prep time.

 

For example, our site wide prep time is 3 days but for some reason when a customer is checking out it is showing them the soonest available time is 4 weeks out. 

 

We have already checked that each individual item is also set to 3 day prep time.

One of our Online Store specialists just tried a test on your site to see if they could duplicate the issue you're experiencing, but they didn't have any luck. 

 

Is there a particular item that you're testing which is showing the 4 week prep time?
