SINGLE FOOD TRUCK WITH ALWAYS CHANGING PICK UP LOCATIONS

We do not have a regular route.  Different Seasons mean different locations.  Sometimes we go to a location once or twice and then decide it is not a good fit.  I am afraid to add multiple locations because I thought that I read that they would be there forever. if I am wrong please let me know!

 

Before the integration with Weebly I was able to hide my Home Office Address which was not ideal but it did not confuse customers. I like to push the use of Online ordering because it saves me labor. 

 

I Wish there was a way to link my google calendar to my account so that the hours and location would populate and hence my online store would always be accurate with hours of operation and pick up location. Or Maybe there is a way write software that would allow me to send a Calendar invite to My Square Online Account that would automatically populate the hours and location.

 

If there is someone out there that knows how to write software to make that happen... I would totally be willing to test it. Please keep in mind that it would have to work with square stand.  Food Trucks typically use it over any of the other options due to not having wifi or enough electricity on a consistent basis.  

 

I look forward to hearing how other food trucks are handling the pick up location  with the integration with Weebly

I may need a bit more clarity in regards to your questions concerning different locations and different seasons. Is there something specific you are looking to achieve through multiple Square Online locations for your account?

 

In regards to your integration suggestion and feedback for Google Calendar, are you simply looking to give your customers ability to see update hours or are you using booking and appointment services that you want to display on Google Calendar?

 

Want to make sure I have all the specific details in order to best answer your question. The more info and context, the more of a tailored answer we can provide!

I HAVE ONE BUSINESS THAT TRAVELS TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS.  IF I PERMANENTLY ADD LOCATIONS THIS IS PERMANENT AND DIVIDES AND LOWERS MY SALES FOR TAX PURPOSES AND ABILITY TO QUALIFY FOR A LOAN.

THE CALENDAR SHOULD SYNC WITH ONLINE ORDERS SO A CUSTOMER CAN ORDER COFIDENTLY FOR OUR CURRENT LOCATION IN THE TIME FRAME WE ARE OPEN. BUT A DISPLAY FOR CUSTOMERS WOULD BE A HAPPY UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCE
