Facebook help is NO help. If I have items that are sold out on Square Online, and I have even made them unavailable, they still show as 'in stock' on my Facebook Shop. Is there an automatic way to remove items from my FB shop that are not even available on my website? If they click on one of these items, it brings the customer to a dead page on my website. I know I can manually delete from FB shop, but I don't want to. There has to be an easier way???
Thanks for posting, @jlynnhandmade
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with syncing data to your Facebook shop.
Have you already tried unlinking the store, then relinking? Although, I'm not entirely sure if there is a way to have the items automatically removed, and it may need to be done manually.
I also suggest reaching out to our support team directly as it's possible there is an account-specific bug that is causing the inventory to not update. A rep can check in with the advanced support team, and can file a bug for the engineers if this is the case.
